**Job Summary:** Conduent is seeking a Network Operations Center Supervisor to manage a team of Level I & II Network Engineer's in a 24x7 365 day Global Network Operations Center. The NOC Supervisor position is responsible for day-to-day supervisory functions of the Global Network Operations Center. This position maintains and ensures effective use of resources, prioritization of incident/alert response, participates in incident resolution activates, leads critical incident calls on an as need basis, and collects reporting data for staff performance, key performance indicators on network and infrastructure health, and collates data for internal and publish reports. Works closely with upper management to ensure standardized process are followed.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Manages the global function of a 24 x 7 NOC, providing direct supervision and technical leadership to the team.

+ Provide supervisory level responsibility managing the day-to-day BAU tasks and activities during a given work-shift period, ensuring technical resources are dedicating time to appropriately prioritized work activities.

+ Monitors and enforces all policies, standards and procedures for the NOC.

+ Utilize tools, internal tracking metrics, and other reports to generate KPI reports for internal use in order to identify operational and process improvement opportunities.

+ Communicates with key players on operational issues, handles escalations, and notifies senior management of high severity and chronic network issues.

+ Assist management of key NOC initiatives and improvement activities (both technical and administrative).

+ Maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy by ensuring that all tools are in use, accurate, and functioning properly.

+ Other duties as required. **Required Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor degree in technology.

+ Cisco CCNA Certification

+ 3 plus years of support Windows Server OS version 2008 and 2012. Working knowledge of 2016.

+ Experience/Exposure to VMware servers.

+ Strong customer service skills and focus.

+ Experience in managing a diverse team in a high fast paced environment.

+ Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

+ Must be willing and able to work non-standard work shifts, including evenings, overnight, holidays and weekends.

+ Must be currently eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship

+ Must consent to and successfully clear all required pre-employment screenings.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ CCIE and CCNA Certification.

+ VMware VCP Certification.

+ Substantial background in support of large scale service provider or enterprise networks.

+ Knowledge of ITIL V3 Certification.

Location: This position is located onsite in Lexington, KY. No relocation assistance is provided.
